双层注水滤砂管的研制及其在埕岛油田的应用

埕岛油田出砂严重，化学防砂有效期短，传统的单管或双管注水不能同时满足防砂、注水的需要，单井作业费用高。为了满足油田分层注水防砂的需要，研制开发了双层注水防砂滤砂管及分层注水防砂一体化工艺管柱。双层注水滤砂管结构简单，性能良好，施工安全可靠，防砂效果良好。

Development of double-layer water injection sand screening pipe and its application of Chengdao oilfield

Chengdao oilfield of ShengLi has faced the waterflood-ing problem since developed on a large scale in 1995. The difficult points of offshore oilfield lie in serious sand flow and short-term validity of chemical sand control. The traditional single-string waterflood or double-strings waterflood cant satisfy the needs of sand control and waterflood at the same time. The single well operation expenses are high. Aim at the current situations of well conversion in Chengdao oilfield, we develop the integrated string with zonal injection and sand control. This paper introduced the structure,principle,technology and characteristic of the double-layer waterflood and sand screen pipe and its complete technology. It has solved the difficult problems of multistage zonal injecting and sand control of Chengdao oilfield, and it will have wider application prospects.
