TiO2-SBA-15的制备及其吸附脱硫性能

摘    要:采用等体积浸渍法与过量浸渍法制备TiO2-SBA-15,以FCC汽油为原料,在间歇式反应器中对其吸附脱硫性能进行评价.结果表明,过量浸渍法制备的TiO2分散度较好,比表面积大;TiO2负载量(质量比)为20%,焙烧温度为500℃,吸附剂具有最高的吸附脱硫率,达42.54%,经3次再生,脱硫率仍在35%左右.

Abstract:TiO2-SBA-15 Zeolite was prepared by incipient wetness impregnation and excessive impregnation. The property of adsorptive desulfurization of TiO2-SBA-15 was evaluated with FCC petrol via the static adsorption experiment in a batch-wise reactor. The results showed that the highly crystalline anatase TiO2 of the adsorbent prepared by excessive impregnation dispersed better on the surface of SBA-15. The surface area of the adsorbent prepared by excessive impregnation were larger. The desulfurization rate of TiOR-SBA-15 could reach 42.54% at the calcination temperature of 500 ℃ and the TiO2 loading of 20%. After 3 times roasting regeneration,the desulfurization rate was still at about 35%.
