摘    要:电能质量在当代越来越受到重视.根据电能质量的概述,提炼出电能质量评价指标体系,并基于组合评价的原理,运用BP神经网络和支持向量机对其进行评价,通过检验,证明了评价方法的有效性.

Abstract:The quality of power energy is paid more and more attention at the present age.According to general introduction of power energy quality,the evaluate index system of power energy quality is extracted,and based on the principle of combination evaluation,power energy is evaluated using BP Neural Net and Supporting Vector Machine.The testing results prove the method is valid.
