| 摘 要： | 绥芬河皮货服饰城为一地下2层地上8层的建筑。由于本建筑基坑深度远大于邻近7层住宅的基础埋深,为确保相邻7层住宅的安全,对地下室的施工分成两个阶段,第一阶段回填东侧⑥~⑨轴区域的基础,先施工⑥轴以东区域;第二阶段以⑥轴以东区域的竖向及水平结构构件为支座,构建能保证⑥轴以西区域安全施工的基坑支护结构。重点介绍了第二阶段基坑支护结构设计思路、基坑土体开挖步骤及地下室外墙施工等。

| Abstract: | Suifenhe fur clothes mart is an eight-story building with two-story basement .The depth of foundation pit is bigger than its neighboring 7-story dwelling housing. To ensure safety of its neighbor ,the construction process of foundation is divided into two stages . Firstly ,the foundation of area between axis 6 and axis 9 is backfilled and the east structures of axis 6 are constructed . Secondly ,the constructed horizontal and vertical members of basement are used by the supports ; retaining structure is built up to ensure the safety of the west area of axis 6. Presents emphatically the design scheme of retaining structure of local foundation pit of second stage , excavation steps and construction of retaining wall .It can be served as reference in design and construction of retaining structure of foundation pit of the same project . |
