| 摘 要： | 随着企业持续发展对企业文化日益增长的需要，企业将越来越重视企业文化建设，特别是其测评体系的构建及管理。为此，从文化战略、理念导向、价值观、文化能力、文化环境以及个体文化等方面，构建了企业文化的测评体系，并阐述了该体系实施的过程管理要点。

Some main points in management are brought forward. |
