摘    要:介绍了钢管漏磁检测技术原理,利用三维电磁场有限元分析软件Ansoft实现了钢管缺陷漏磁场的仿真计算。根据实测的钢管磁化曲线,确定了励磁线圈的工作电流和测量元件的提离值,获得了最佳的信噪比。采用网格自适应剖分和自定义剖分相结合的方法解决了检测区域磁场解的收敛性问题,保证了计算的准确性。该研究可用于漏磁检测中缺陷的定位和定量识别。

Abstract:The theory and method of magnetic flux leakage(MFL) testing of steel pipe were introduced. The simulation model was created for digital calculation and simulation of 3-dimension magnetic flux leakage fields of discontinuities in pipe wall by software Ansoft. The leakage parameter was defined to determine the operating point in saturation curves, and an optimum design method to determine the values of coils to optimize MFL signal-to-noise ratio was described. The convergence of the solution for measured area was achieved satisfactorily by combining adaptive and man-defined meshing methods. It could be used to creat a data bank and to identify and locate discontinuities in pipe wall for MFL testing equipment.
