| Abstract: | The parameters such as homogeneity, gas content, purity and the nondestru-ctive test of several rotors with different leve1s werc cvaluated. It was fond that the ladle refi-ning technique was very effective in keeping the steel composition homogencous, lowering the gascontent and purifying the liquid steel for the power station rotor. The quality of forging forrotor was fully in accordance with the standard of American WHC. |
