| 摘 要： | 柱塞和柱塞套是一对精密偶件，材料为含Cr、Mo、V的合金钢，其径向间隙为0．002～0．003mm，要求具有高的精度和好的耐磨性。研究表明，经过盐浴渗氮一氧化复合处理后，模拟柱塞偶件表面脆性低，硬度高，尺寸变化小，因此这种工艺适用于要求耐磨耐蚀的柱塞偶件等精密零件。 |

| Abstract: | Plunger rods and plunger cases are coupled parts together paired with radial clearance of 0. 002 - 0. 003 ram, made of alloy steel containing Cr, Mo and V, and required to have high precision and good wearability. The study shows that after the liquid combined heat treating consisting of nitriding and oxidizing, the simulative coupled plunger parts will provide low brittleness, high hardness and small dimensional change and, in consequence, the liquid combined heat treatment is adaptable to coupled plunger parts and other accurate parts required to be wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. |
