球体扩径连接装配式凸轮轴装配过程分析

摘    要:介绍了装配式凸轮轴钢球扩径连接的连接机理,采用数值模拟方法对钢球扩胀过程中凸轮与空心轴体的等效应力、残余接触压力的分布进行了研究。分析了装配后轴体壁厚的减薄量和凸轮内表面的径向变形情况。结果表明:扩径过程中最大等效应力出现在轴体内表面,且经扩径后凸轮与轴体的最大残余应力出现在临界连接处,相应凸轮该位置的径向位移最大,而轴体与凸轮的扩胀部位对应的径向位移最小,壁厚减薄量却最大。经球体扩径连接试验显示,数值模拟预测结果合理、准确、可靠,可为装配机的设计和装配式凸轮轴的生产提供依据。

Abstract:The connection mechanism and advantage of hollow assembled camshaft on expanding tube connection by pushing through a ball was introduced.The numerical simulation was used to analyze the equivalent von Mises stress distribution and residual contact pressure of the shaft and the cam lobes in process of expanding tube connection.The radial displacement and hollow shaft reduction of assembled camshaft on expanding tube connection by pushing through a ball were achieved.The results show the maximum equivalent v...
