静电除尘振打系统保护器的设计

摘    要:设计一款静电除尘振打系统过流保护器,电源电路采用+24 V输入、±15 V输出的方式,可以提供200 mA电流,具有体积小、重量轻、调试简单、抗干扰能力强等特点。电路保护范围可调,能迅速检测出短路和断路情况,有电流时,非断路信号,并且当电流达到或超过某设定值(电流保护值)时,立即动作,发出关断电源信号。阐述了所设计电路的基本原理、具体实现方法、参数计算过程。现场运行和实验检测表明,该保护电路具有输出电压稳定、保护灵敏度高、响应速度快、可靠性高的特点。

Abstract:An protector in the static electrical dust-removing rapping system is designed.The protection circuit consists of protection circuit and power circuit.The power circuit uses +24 V input,and ±15 V output for the device.Every circuit can provide 200 mA current.There are some features of the power,such as small,light weight,easy adjustment,anti-interference ability and so on.Protection circuit can adjust the range of protection,detect short circuit and open circuit rapidly,if there is a non-open circuit signal,the circuit will act and immediately send shutdown power signals out when this current reaches or exceeds a certain value(the value of current protection).The basic principle,specific implementation method and parameter calculation of the over-current protector are described.From site operation and laboratory testing,it show that some characteristics of the protection circuit have stability of operation,protection of high sensitivity,fast response and high reliability.
