| 摘 要： | 建立基于PSCAD/EMTDC平台的并网光伏发电仿真模型,根据杭州能源与环境产业园并网光伏发电站实际运行中测得的运行数据,对并网光伏电站接入配电网的稳态电压分布、频率波动以及光伏电站的谐波和故障特性进行研究。全面评估光伏电站接入公共电网的安全性、可靠性,为光伏电站接入电网技术规定提供实际数据和理论支撑。
