集中供热燃煤锅炉SCADA系统燃烧过程及参数测控设计

摘    要:集中供热锅炉SCADA系统利用PLC/RTU采集和处理锅炉生产过程中的各种供热工艺参数.笔者对集中供热燃煤锅炉SCADA系统的燃烧过程进行了设计.在该系统中,锅炉二次网回水温度随室外温度条件自动调整煤量、风量,采用变频器控制给煤、炉排、鼓风、引风的转速,使风煤保持正确比值.该供热系统在满足用户需求量的前提下,保持最佳燃烧状态,实现按需燃烧.

Abstract:PLC/RTU is supplied to collect and handle heating parameters in central heating boiler SCADA system. Burning process of central heating boiler SCADA system was designed. Coil and wind measurement was adjusted automatically by two hyponet backwater temperature of boiler. In order to keep the ratio of wind and coil properly, the transducer was used to control rotating speed of presenting coil, stove exhausting, wind blasting and wind leading. In premise of meeting the requirement of users, heating system can keep best burning state and the process is carried out according to actual need.
