步进梁加热炉速度智能控制技术研究

摘    要:
武钢取向硅钢铸坯步进梁加热炉采用的是非对称闭式泵控电液比例控制系统.是一种典型的非线性、时变、强干扰系统,采用常规PID控制时其跟踪性能和适应性较差,很难在不同钢种、不同负载、不同阶段中达到所要求的速度跟踪精度。通过对NSPC动态特性的分析,提出了一种FNNC控制系统。试验和现场应用表明,该系统的跟踪速度、精度、缓冲特性、循环时间较先前使用的PID控制系统均有所改善或提高,能更好地满足生产要求。

Abstract:
The walking-beam reheating furnace for orientation silicon steel casting in Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Corporation uses asymmetrical, closed-type pump-control and electro-hydraulic proportional control system, which is characterized by typical nonlinearity, time-variation and strong interference. It is difficult for conventional PID control, which is not good in tracking performance and a- daptability, to achieve the required speed tracking precision in different steel grades, loads and stages at the same time. According to the analysis of the dynamic behavior of NSPC, this article presents a FNNC control strategy, which, compared with PID control system, is confirmed by experiments and field application to have improved in tracking speed, precision, buffer character and circulation time.
