摘    要:提出了一种新型结构的高压电能表远程在线校验系统的设计方法并进行试点运行和试验比对。该系统针对典型高压互感器远程校验系统存在建设成本高,运维难度大的问题对结构进行优化,将一台标准电能表(高精度数字式电能表校验仪)置于实验室主站环境下,现场综合检测采集设备接收到主站发送的秒脉冲同步信号后,检测并采集被检电能表电压、电流、功率因数、脉冲信号等数据信息,经数据处理后利用已有的用电信息采集系统传输并存储到主站服务器,而电能表的运行误差是通过标准电能表(高精度数字式电能表校验仪)基于标准电能表和被检电能表的同步电能量脉冲信号计算出的。此外还介绍了现场综合采集设备非介入式安装方法,安装不改动原有接线,不影响系统工作。文章最后介绍了新型结构的远程校验系统的试点运行情况,并通过与现场人工校验的实时比对试验说明该系统校验结果是可信的,且系统运行稳定性良好,具备一定的实际应用价值。

Abstract:This paper introduces a design of new structure electricity meter with high voltage terminals remote calibration system and a pilot of the system is being run for the tests and comparative. Aiming at the high cost and operating difficulty of typical high voltage electricity meter remote calibration system, the structure of the system is designed and optimized, a standard electricity meter (high precision digital type electricity meter calibrator) in Laboratory master station is used to send a sync pulses per second signal to the field integrated detection and collection equipment, this field device detect and collect data such as voltage, current, power factor, pulse signal etc., these information and signals are treated and use the electric energy data acquire system to transfer and store to the master server, and the operating error of electricity meter is calculated by the standard electricity meter (high precision digital type electricity meter calibrator) based on the synchronous electric energy pulse signal from standard electricity meter and the meter to be verified. in addition, we introduce a non intrusive installation method of field device which is not going to change the original wiring, do not affect the system work. In the last, we introduce a pilot case of the system and a comparison test between the manual calibration show that: the system calibrating the error credibly, the system has preferable stability and practical application value.
