摘    要:TeO2晶体作为声光性能优越的材料之一,在设计过程中由于阻抗不能完全匹配及声波在不同声学阻抗的弹性体间传播时,分界面处会发生反射和透射,导致损耗在中间频率处过大,频率特性不稳定;分析TeO2压电换能器的阻抗特性呈容性电抗,所以采用感性的电感器件对其进行外部补偿,可提高换能器的性能.
