摘    要:探讨了首次制作成功的超低衰减OPGW。这种OPGW采用常规设计的全铝包铜线双钢管结构,在其中一根钢管光单元中置入24根SMF-28ULL超低损耗光纤(以下简称ULL光纤),另一根钢管光单元中置入12根ULL光纤和12根优选的SMF一28e+标准G.652D单模光纤。相关试验结果和分析表明ULL光纤可以用于制作超低衰减OPGW,在常用的通信和分布式拉曼放大波段上,ULL光纤比常规G.652光纤具有更低的衰减.应能成为超长站距通信站间的理想传输媒质。

Abstract:The structure of the first successfillly manufactured ultra low attenuation OPGW cable is of an ordinal all ACS wire structure with double steel tubes, 24 SMF-28 ULL fibers fULL fiber) are placed in one of steel tube, and 12 ULL fibers and 12 selected low attenuation SMF-28e+ G.652D fibers are placed in another tube. The attenuation results of cabled fibers at 155Ohm show that the average attenuation coefficient of ULL fiber is 0.167 dB/km with max value of 0. 173dB/kin and rain value of 0.164 dB/km. Additional loss of cabling is around 0.01 dB/km. The test results and analysis show that ULL fiber is very suitable tor ultra low attenuation OPGW application. It has lower attenuation coefficient at wavelength band for normal communication and distributed Raman amplification application compares with that of conventional G.652 fiber, and it can be an ideal transmission media for long station span communication system.
