二氯乙烷生产流程中脱水塔的模拟

摘    要:
采用PRO/II模拟软件.对聚氯乙烯生产中的二氯乙烷精制过程中脱水塔的相平衡数据进行了模拟比较.确定采用SRKM方程较优。对脱水精馏塔进行了模拟计算,模拟结果与工厂数据吻合较好.为操作条件优化和工艺改进提供了途径。

Abstract:
This paper simulates the dehydration tower in EDC refine process of PVC production by using PRO/II Simulation software.The binary vapor-liquid equilibrium data of EDC-H2O system calculated by SRKM method is comwpared with document data and SRKM method is proved fit for this system.The simulation results are colse to the practice operation and have guidance value for practice.
