| 摘 要： | 在超声波加工工程陶瓷的理论基础上,提出了利用超声旋转磨削加工工程陶瓷的数控加工方法,对旋转超声磨削加工的工具进行了设计,分析了材料的去除机理,并对超声旋转磨削的加工机理进行了初步地探讨。 |
