压型钢板对组合板抗冲切承载力的影响

摘    要:目的 研究压型钢板和混凝土粘结成整体共同受力时。对抗冲切承载能力的影响.方法 在理论分析的基础上,综合考虑各种因素并根据试验数据,进行对比分析.结果 组合楼板中钢板与混凝土之间的联系主要依靠压型钢板的纵向波槽及压痕等.压型钢板肋部的形状参数以及压型钢板波高等型号参数对抗冲切承载力具有一定影响.结论 通过对压型钢板和混凝土粘结成整体共同受力时的抗冲切承载能力研究,给出了压型钢板型号对抗冲切承载力设计值的影响。压型钢板型号对组合板的抗冲切承载力影响,可按给出的折减系数公式计算并可作为实际工程设计时的参考。

Abstract:Profiled steel sheeting-a composite concrete deck slab is widely used as the structural member.Profiled steel sheeting and reinforced concretes can work unitarily in the structure.Using profiled steel sheeting can save a lot of reinforcing steel bars and meet the needs of architecture.The link of steel sheeting with concrete in a composite deck slab relies on vertical wave troughs and indentations.The influence of profiled steel sheeting on shear-resist bearing capacity of composite deck slabs has been analyzed according to such factors as shape,height,and wavelength of the sheeting.Special efforts are made to analyze the influence of types of profiled steel sheeting on shearing bearing capacity design based on the theoretical analysis,relevant information home and abroad,and experimental data from 9 slabs.As a result,the formulas of design calculation and the reduction factor of design are obtained.The influence can be expressed by reduction factors.
