摘    要:介绍了铸件残余应力的产生原因、测定方法扣消除与预测的方法,重点阐述了几种残余应力的测定方法和数值模拟分析在残余应力预测中的应用。数值模拟分析现已成为一种普遍应用的残余应力预测方法。

Abstract:Residual stress is one of main reasons of various defects that happened in the process of casting or after casting. The causes, measurement methods, elimination and forecasting methods of residual stress were described, focusing on a number of measurement methods and the application of numerical simulation analysis in predicting of residual stress. Numerical simulation analysis has now become a prediction method of the residual stress for universal application.
