基于ABAQUS的保险杠低速碰撞的仿真研究

摘    要:以某轿车为例,利用三维建模软件CATIA建立保险杠系统及碰撞器的三维仿真模型,HYPERMESH作前处理软件、有限元分析软件ABAQUS作求解器,根据欧洲的ECE—R42法规要求对轿车前保险杠进行正面低速碰撞仿真分析,得到了整个碰撞过程中保险杠系统的变形过程及应力分布情况.并对模拟结果进行了分析,总结了建立仿真模型的经验.对深入研究保险杠及整车碰撞仿真具有重要的参考价值.

Abstract:Based on a car, for example, the bumper system and the three-dimensional simulation model of impacter were set up by a three-dimensional modeling software CATIA, Hypermesh was used as the pre-processing software and the finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used as the solver. According to the European regulation of ECE-R42, which requires to carry out the front low-speed collision simulation analysis to the front bumper of the car, the entire bumper system deformation and stress distribution were found out during this collision process. Therefore, the experience of setting the simulation model was summarized during the analysis of the simulation result, which was an important reference for the further study of the bumper and vehicle collision simulation.
