| Abstract: | This essay analyzes the significance of the research on the personnel training plan for electronic information majors in vocational colleges as well as introducing its contents and implementation in the aspects of the orientation of the personnel training, the personnel training mode, the curriculum system construction, the teaching staff construction, the application of the teaching approaches and the practical training base construction. |
