同步电动机智能化启动控制

摘    要:针对电励磁同步电动机在启动过程中存在不能准确投励、不能有效灭磁和启动脉动电流较大等问题,提出了以单片机为控制核心,通过对滑差信号的检测来决定投全压与投励磁电流时刻,实现了同步电动机的智能化启动,并深入分析了它的启动控制原理。该控制方法能克服电励磁同步电动机启动时存在的问题,实现了励磁系统的顺极性准确投励,且具有良好的灭磁功能,能使同步电动机可靠启动。

Abstract:Proposed one intelligentized control method that it can be helpful to synchronous motor's startup,aimed to the questions which synchronous motor starting process has such as casting current inaccurately,bad result of extinguishing magnetism and big startup current.Its starting control principle deeply was analyzed.Applying this control method can make synchronous motor excitation system realize casting excitation current in the right time and has good function of extinguishing magnetism.It can make synchronous motor start stably.
