摘    要:标准编者结合标准《钢管塔架空输电线路钢管塔设计技术规定》DL/T5254--2010(以下简称本标准)编制过程和背景材料,摘要讲解了本标准的主要内容。包括提供了斜材埃菲尔效应的简化计算方法;提出了安全而经济的微风振动控制假定;纠正了荷载规范关于风荷载计算时体型系数的取值错误;提出了可供选择的材料强度等级及注意事项;对钢管塔的计算模型假定进行细化;提出了典型节点的设计方法;对构件计算时的长细比、径厚比及与材料屈强比的控制建立了关系;修改完善了法兰连接计算方法、结合钢管塔的结构特点提出了针对性的构造控制措施等等,供本标准的使用者参考。

Abstract:The editor of the standard ((Technical regulation of design for steel tubular tower structures of overhead transmission line)) (DL/T 5254--2010) explained compiling process, related background, and main points. It is included these contents as follows: the simplified analyses idea of the Eiffel effect; the theory and hypothesis of controlling vortex street vibrance; error correction for shape coefficient of LOAD CODE; the steel strength grade is selectable and using note; the computational model of steel tubular tower; the way of designing classical joint; building relation for element' s Slenderness Ratio , Diameter-Thickness Ratio and Yield-Strength Ratio of steel; consummating and revising design method of flanges; suggested pertinent textural measure of steel tubular tower structures. It is useful valuable reference for user of this standard.
