| 摘 要： | PHC管桩沉取的措施也不一样沉桩措施及工艺，桩锤击数偏高、贯八困难时，往往会采取一些辅助沉桩措施；本文通过在一个项目中多种辅助沉桩措施的成功应用实例，供同行相互借鉴、交流，共同提高PHC管桩的设计与施工水平。遇到沉桩问题不同，所需采总结归纳了管桩的主要辅助
