带有谐振PFC的单级AC/DC变换器研究

摘    要:通常可将带功率因数校正(PFC)的开关变换器分成两级结构和单级结构两种.研究了一种带谐振PFC的单级AC/DC变换器.为了改善交流输入电流的功率因数,提出了一种新的电路结构,即在传统的双开关正激型变换器上增加4个工作在谐振模式的外加元件.探讨了这种电路的工作原理和运行特性,研制了一台输出功率为300 W的实验样机.实验结果证明,该电路具有功率大、直流母线电压较低、功率因数高等优越性能.
