摘    要:通过对纳米SiC颗粒进行表面修饰处理,采用电刷镀技术制备纳米SiC-MoS2/Ni基复合刷镀层,分析探讨了纳米SiC和MoS2的含量对镀层形貌和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,镀液中加入经表面修饰的纳米SiC颗粒可以提高镀层硬度,同时在干滑动磨损试验条件下,纳米SiC-MoS2复合刷镀层具有良好的耐磨减摩性能。

Abstract:The nano SiC particles surface were modified,and the nano SiC-MoS2 /Ni composite coatings were prepared by electro-brush plating.The effect of the content of nano SiC and MoS2 on the surface morphology of composite coatings and wear resistance was analysed.The results show that the coating hardness can be significantly improved by adding the nano SiC particles of modified surface,and the nano SiC-MoS2 composite coating exhibits excellent wear resistance and anti-friction under dry sliding wear condition.
