| 摘 要： | 随着用电负荷的迅猛增长,特别是柱上变压器低压侧熔断件烧断后,因其引出线设计安装不当造成的安全问题屡有发生,笔者对配电变压器隐患产生的事故导致的供电可靠性、供电安全性和维修人员的人身安全作出了分析。
