摘    要:为了克服经验模态分解中出现的模态混叠现象,提出了一种基于改进的掩膜信号法的经验模态分解方法。该方法通过设置掩膜信号,并依据能量法优化掩膜信号的选择,结合经验模态分解达到了消除模态混叠现象的目的,并利用仿真信号以及齿轮箱振动信号进行了验证。试验结果表明,该方法可有效分离混叠模态,提取有用信号。

Abstract:In order to solve the mode mixing problem encountered in the standard EMD (empirical mode decomposition), an improved EMD method is suggested in this work. In the method, a masking signal selected by optimization according to ener gy method is composed with the signal to be decomposed; then the composed singna l is decomposed by using EMP mehtod. In this way, the mode mixing phenomenon cou ld be eliminated. The method also allows EMD to be used to separate components t hat are si milar in frequency that would be inseparable with standard EMD techniques. E xperimental results show that the method suggested in this work is practica l and effective.
