苯抽提装置存在的问题及解决对策

对中国石油哈尔滨石化公司10万t/a苯抽提装置中存在的苯产品质量不合格,抽余油携带环丁砜和苯等问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的整改意见。结果表明,装置增设原料缓冲罐,这样在原料出现波动时,可以降低对苯抽提装置的影响,确保产品质量达到要求。增设白土塔,可以使塔底采出的精制苯达到0.1×10-3g/mL重铬酸钾标准溶液酸洗比色的要求。采用向系统注入多效工艺液单乙醇胺的方法可缓解物料对设备的腐蚀程度。

Problem existed in benzene extraction unit and its countermeasure

The problems, such as unqualified benzene prod- uct quality and raffinate oil containing sulfolane and benzene, etc, were analyzed in a 10 ×10^4 t/a benzene extraction unit of Harbin Petrochemical Company, the countermeasures were put forward, and the corresponding revamping was performed. The results showed that a raw material buffer tank was added to relieve the impact from raw material fluctuation on the extraction unit to gain the product with desirable quality. A clay tower was set for insuring the refined benzene from the tower bottom meeting .the requirement of pickling colorimetry with potassium bichromate solution of 0. 1×10^-3 g/mL as standard sample. And the equipment corrosion was relieved by adding multi - effect technical liquid monoethanolamine.
