闭式叶轮的虚拟制造技术研究

摘    要:基于VERICUT软件,对闭式叶轮的虚拟制造技术进行了研究.该技术涉及到多体运动学系统建模、机床数字结构建模、切削系统结构建模、数控系统仿真等多项虚拟制造系统的关键技术.实践证明,该技术降低了闭式叶轮的制造成本,提高了制造效率,具有很强的现实意义.

Abstract:Based on VERICUT Software, the paper researched virtual manufacturing technology of integrally-shrouded impeller, which relates to keys technology of virtual manufacturing system such as modeling of multi-body dynamics system, machine tool digital structure, cutting system structure, and NC system simulation. Practice showed that the technology can improve the processing quality and shorten the manufacturing cycle efficiently.
