摘    要:文中建立了单刃刚性镗铰刀的数学模型,分析了单刃刚性镗铰刀铰削加工中自激振动的产生机理,研究了导向块与孔壁间的摩擦特性对自激振动的影响,为抑制自激振动提供依据。

Abstract:Mathematical model of the rigid boring reamer is established. The self-excited vibration mechanism in reaming process with single blade rigid boring reamer is analyzed. The effect of the friction characteristics between the guide block and the hole in self-excited vibration is studied. The results provide the basis for the inhibition of self- excited vibration.
