太阳轮支承刚度对行星齿轮系动力学均载特性的影响

摘    要:建立了行星齿轮传动系统的动力学均载模型,模型中考虑了系统的综合啮合误差和时变啮合刚度。分析了太阳轮的支承刚度对行星齿轮系动力学均载的影响。计算结果表明,太阳轮的支承刚度对系统的均载影响比较大;随着支承刚度的增大,系统的均载系数增大。减小太阳轮的支承刚度,可以改善系统的均载性能。

Abstract:A load sharing behavior calculative model of planetary gear system was presented. The time-varing mesh stiffness and the gear composite errors were considered, and the affect of sun-gear support stiffness to the load sharing behavior of planetary gear was analyzed. The calculation results indicates that the sun-gear support stiffness influences the load sharing behavior of planetary gear drives greatly, and the coefficient of load sharing increases when sun-gear support stiffness increases. Small sun-gear support stiffness is beneficial for the load sharing behavior.
