摘    要:抑制轧件和设备扰动因素对厚度影响的各种形式的压力AGC均能满足热连轧生产要求,引进国外多种压力AGC系统中,德国的AEG比较好,本文作了重点介绍.当前厚控系统的主要目标是如何减少张力系统与厚控系统之间互相影响的连轧系统内部扰动,流量补偿法是简单有效的,而DAGC加恒张力是最佳方案.进一步发展是在热连轧机上实现DAGC加连轧AGC系统,它可以消除系统内部扰动,自动消除轧辊偏心、油膜厚度、轧辊热变形等的影响,板厚精度达到冷连轧水平,实现冷、热连轧控制系统的统一.

Abstract:different forms of P-AGC, which depresses the disturbance from rolling piece and equipment, can meet the demand of hot rolling production. The P-AGC of AEC, Germany, which has a better performance in P-AGC systems imported abroad, will be emphasized in this paper. The main target of AGC system at present is to reduce the interacted disturbance between tension control system and AGC system. Flow-compensation is a simple but effective way, and DAGC with constant tension is the optimum design. The further development of AGC system in continuous rolling mill will be the DAGC with AGC system. Which can eliminate the affects of internal disturbance, eccentricity of roll, oil-film thickness and thermal deformation etc. and make accuracy of plate thickness come to the level of cold continuous rolling to realize the unification in cold rolling control system and hot rolling control system.
