摘    要:
煤层注水是降低矿井粉尘浓度的有效措施之一。论述了同忻矿8103工作面注水方式、注水参数等注水工艺,通过测定和对比多个测点注水前、后煤体含水率和粉尘浓度的变化,得出注水后煤体含水率平均增加2.80%,达到综合防尘质量标准化要求;割煤、放煤、移架时及破碎转载点全尘、呼尘平均降尘率为43.92%~52.04%、49.28%~57.42%。说明同忻矿8103工作面进行的煤层注水工艺是必要的、有效的。

Experimental Research on Water injection at Mining Face
Abstract:
The seam water injection is an effective measure to control coal dust concentration.The paper presents the water injection technique including the process and parameter at No.8103 mining face of Tongxin Mine,which concludes that the average increase of water content was 2.80% to meet the requirements of comprehensive dust prevention standardizaiton, and the average dust suppression of whole coal dust 43.92%~52.04% and the respirable dust 49.28~57.42% through determination and comparison at several measuring points before and after the water injection.
