| 摘 要： | 在冶金行业信息化的背景下，以实现冶金行业生产车间内的设备最优管理为需求目标，分析了冶金行业实施MES(Manufacturing Execution System)中的设备管理系统的必要性，详细介绍了设备管理系统的功能，最后给出了系统的实施目标。通过采用常规统计方法和数据挖掘技术实现设备故障诊断管理，分析设备故障原因，得出设备故障诊断的分析结果，实现冶金行业生产车间内的设备最优管理，达到提高企业效益的目的。

| Abstract: | The necessity of Equipment Management System of MES in Metallurgical Industry is analyzed to realize equipment management more effectively. Therefore the functions of Equipment Management System are introduced. The implement aim of system is presented in the paper. Equipment trouble diagnose management is implement by general statistic method and data mining technology. The analysis result is obtained through equipment trouble reason analyzed, to achieve equipment optimize management and improve enterprise benefit. |
