摘    要:结合油脂精炼能耗及国内外真空脱臭系统的研究现状,对食用油干式—冷凝真空脱臭系统进行了研究,分析了其工作原理、工作方式及应用前景。

Abstract:Abstract: According to the actuality of oil refiner energy consumption and domestic and over- seas vacuum deodorization system, the dry-condensation vacuum deodorization system of edible oil is resesrched. Its working principle, mode and application foreground are analyzed.
