摘    要:本文介绍了一种新型直喷式柴油机近斜壁撞击雾化燃烧系统。在一个定容压力室内,采用先进的PIV粒子图像测速技术(Particle Image Velocity)研究了近斜壁撞击雾化的宏观雾化特征,在一台单缸的柴油机上进行了多种方案试验研究。试验表明,该燃烧系统在中低负荷时获得较好性能,通过进一步的改进可获得更佳性能。

Abstract:This paper presents a new type of combustion system by impinging slant wall spray in D.I. diesel engine. The macro spray characteristics of impinging close to slant wall of fuel jet were investigated by using of advanced Particle Image Velocity (PIV) on a constant volume vessel. A single cylinder D.I. diesel engine that applies this new combustion system is tested with varieties of plans. The experimental results show that the new type of combustion system has better performances under the middle or low engine load. The even better performances will be obtained by means of further improving designation in actual D.I. diesel engine.
