集成创新热压过滤干燥固液分离技术的研究

摘    要:简述了集成创新热压过滤干燥固液分离技术原理及其简捷、节能和高效的技术特点,介绍了以干燥压滤机为核心的工艺系统和干燥压滤机的主要结构.以锐钛银白珠光颜料为试样,试验研究了系统的工艺参数,结果表明:干燥板温度85℃,热压干燥时间60 min,滤饼最终水分质量分数14.8%,产品脱水分离周期由原工艺的17.5 h缩短至1.5 h,节约能耗37%.

Abstract:The principle of thermo-compression-filtration-drying technique and its technical characteristics is indicated,the technology has the characters of simple,energy-saving and high efficient.The process system with dryer-filter press as the core and the major structure of the dryer-filter press are introduced.The system's parameters are studied with anatase satin silver pearlescent pigment as the trial sample,which runs under the conditions:drying plate temperature of 85℃,thermo-compression drying time of 60 min.The result show that the final mass ratio of moisture of filtration cake is 14.8%,the production period shortened from 17.5 h to 1.5 h,and the energy consumption is saved by 37%.
