摘    要:
利用MATLAB软件中的Model-Based Calibration(MBC)工具箱对某款高压共轨柴油机的电控系统参数进行经济性标定优化;详细说明了基于模型的标定优化方法的基本流程,包括试验设计、建模、优化等过程;通过台架试验验证了发动机在标定点油耗降低了5%;通过整车道路试验验证了在满足欧三排放法规的前提下,装配该款发动机的公交客车在四、六循环工况下油耗分别下降了4.6% 和5.3%.上述方法成功地优化了原机经济性并节约了时间.

Abstract:
The model-based Calibration toolbox in matlab software was used to optimize the fuel economy of common rail diesel engine.The whole process of model-based method,including testing,modeling,optimization,etc.was illuctrated.The engine fuel consumption was reduced by 5% with engine bench test;on the basis of the emission fully meeting Euro-III emission regulation,the fuel consumption of the vehicle reduced by 4.6% and 5.3% with 4-mode test cycle and 6-mode test cycle respectively.This method can be used to optimize the fuel economy of engines and meanwhile save time.
