在线电能质量监测系统

摘    要:电能质量监测在现代电力系统中越来越重要,本文讨论了IEC及国家标准规定的电能质量参数的计算方法,设计了电能质量监测系统。该系统采用了DSP和ARM,能够满足FFT及闪变等高密度的实时计算要求,在线为用户远程提供数据并可以记录较长时间的历史数据。同时允许用户在线设定参数记录的时间间隔、电压事件的门限值和三相电接线方式,提高了装置对各种监测要求的适应性。实际运行表明,该装置能够准确监测到各项电能质量参数,并及时记录相关的电压事件,能够长时间稳定工作于工业环境。

Abstract:The power quality monitoring has become more and more important. This paper discusses the calculation algorithms of the power quality parameters that conform to the National and IEC standards. The monitoring system is designed and implemented. By using DSP and ARM, this system is able to provide the ability of highly intensive calculation, send the data to remote users and record the history data in the long run. The system allows the users to set the time interval of recording parameters, the threshold of voltage events and the way of wiring, which makes the device adaptable to all requirements. The practical operation shows that the system is able to monitor all power quality parameters accurately, record the voltage events and work reliably in the industrial environment.
