| 摘 要： | 田庄选煤厂生产的综合精煤包括块精煤、末精煤和浮选选精;经分析发现,虽然总精煤灰分合格,但各系统精煤灰分差别较大;根据产率最大化原则,提出块煤、末煤及煤泥浮选系统的精煤控制指标,制定了相应的管理措施,有效提高了综合精煤产率。

| Abstract: | Composite concentrate from Tianzhuang Coal Preparation Plant consists of lump concentrate,fine concentrate and flotation concentrate;ash content of composite concentrate meets requirement but that of separate one varies in relatively large extent;based on the principle of yield maximization,proposed is the control of concentrate index of three separate concentrates and corresponding measures taken in production management,and,thereof,the comprehensive concentrate yield effectively increased. |
