水冷却塔热力性能参数的计算及评定

摘    要:论述工业水冷却塔验收评定测试主要热力性能参数,如水气质量比L/G、塔冷却数kav/L等的简明计算方法,以评定冷却塔原设计及改造后的能力。借经典湿球理论说明冷却塔的基本操作原理;借应用广泛的以焓差为推动力的迈克尔方程图解,比较原设计工况测试结果的性能。推荐的计算程序是美国冷却塔协会(CTI)规范要求,可免除现场测试数据经数学归纳推导出的经验关系式的繁锁与缺陷,使测试计算方法统一而规范.

Abstract:This paper describes the simplified calculation methods for principal thermal performance parameters,such as water/air massflow ratio L/G and tower characteristic kav/L ,etc which are tested in the acceptance check of water cooling tower in order to evaluate the designed capacity and the capacity after modification The classical wet bulb theory is used to illustrate the cooling tower fundamental operation principles,the widely used diagram curves of Merkel equation based on enthalpy potential difference is used to compare the original designed process conditions and the tested results The calculation procedures recommended meet for the requirements of US CTI codes in order to avoid the troubles and/or defects of the empirical formula induced from the data taken from in situ testing and thus the test and calculation procedures will be unified and standardized
