摘    要:
介绍了莱钢在2^#高炉(1880m。)原燃料质量不断变差的情况下,通过加强原,燃料管理,提高风温,提高富氧水平,稳定中心气流等一系列手段,在燃料比不变的情况下,将煤比从每吨铁150kg提高到每吨铁170kg的生产实践,为同类型钢铁企业提供高炉降本借鉴。

Abstract:
It is introduced in the article that under the condition of worsening raw materials into the 2 #(1 880m3) Blast Furnace of Laiwu Steel,through strenghening management of raw materials,increasing air temperature and oxygen level,stablizing the core air flow and other means,the coal ratio is increased from 150 kg/tFe to 170kg/tFe.Increasing the coal ratio is an effective way of lowering the cost of BF.
