3D打印技术原理及发展应用

摘    要:近些年,随着人类科学和社会的不断进步,对加工制造技术也提出了更高的要求,3D打印技术作为一种新型的快速加工成型技术开始逐渐发展成熟起来,在生物医学、建筑、工业设计、美术制作等领域得到了不同程度的应用。本文综述了3D打印技术的发展过程,详细介绍了3D打印技术的基本原理和实现过程,分析了3D打印技术在仿真建模与工艺流程上的具体实现方法,比较了3D打印技术和其它打印技术的优缺点,最后对3D打印技术的发展和未来进行了一定程度的展望。

Abstract:In recent years,with the continuous progress of human science and society,higher requirements have been put forward for processing and manufacturing technology.As a new type of rapid prototyping technology,3D printing technology has gradually developed and matured,and has been applied in biomedicine,architecture,industrial design,art production and other fields to varying degrees.This paper summarizes the development process of 3D printing technology,introduces the basic principle and implementation process of 3D printing technology in detail,analyses the specific implementation methods of 3D printing technology in simulation modeling and process flow,compares the advantages and disadvantages of 3D printing technology and other printing technologies,and finally makes a certain prospect for the development and future of 3D printing technology.
