匝数直接计算法设计RCC变压器

摘    要:为了解决RCC的变压器设计需要反复计算与验证的问题,文章推导出变压器匝数直接计算的公式,可以根据电源输出功率、工作频率等直接求解变压器的匝数,为准确设计电源工作状态提供了依据。并基于匝数计算法设计了一台50W的RCC电源,实验表明电源的实际工作状态和预设状态是一致的,用匝数直接计算法设计RCC电源是一种有效的方法。

Abstract:The design of RCC transformer needs to calculate and validate repeatedly, which makes the design complex. In this paper, the formula of number of turns for RCC transformer is elicited firstly, according to the given SMPS(Switch Mode Power Supply) output power and frequency. Then the number of turns for transformer can be computed directly, and the work state of power also can be fixed on exactly. Finally, a 50 W SMPS is designed with formula of number of turns and the experiment result shows that the actual work state of SMPS is the same as the defult. So it is an effective way to design RCC SMPS with formula of number of turns.
