| Abstract: | This paper presented a new technology about lamination with cold applica-tion completed a whole water-proof roof and its characteristics, workingprocesses, keys of operation, compounding cold cementing materials and compar-ing some economy and technology indexes etc. Besides, it analysed the principleof using the new technology during winter and rain time. |
