基于CAN和嵌入式Linux的非圆齿轮数控滚切加工系统

摘    要:探讨非圆齿轮的数控滚齿加工原理、技术和方法,设计一套新型的基于CAN和嵌入式Linux的非圆齿轮滚齿数控机床的构建方法。文章着重介绍基于现场总线的模块化结构通信方式、参数化数据库的设计、误差补偿方法以及基于RTAI的实时解决方案等有关关键技术。

Abstract:The principle, technology and methods of noncircular gear NC-hobbing machining are discussed. A new way of building noncircul.ar gear NC-hobbing machine system based on CAN and embedded Linux techniques is proposed. The modularized communication based on field bus, the parameterized design of database, the error compensation and real-time solution based on RTAI and some other key techniques are focused.
