摘    要:根据高压气体放电灯的特性,研制了一种高性能模数混合控制的高压气体放电(HID)灯恒功率电子镇流器,分析了电路的结构、原理和控制思想。该镇流器采用"功率因数校正+Buck+逆变器"的经典3级结构,具有输入电压范围宽、抗负载波动能力强、可靠性高、寿命长等优点。PFC部分采用临界连续电流控制模式,可实现单位功率因数和恒定的输出电压。Buck降压部分采用一种新颖的平均电流外环、峰值电流内环的双闭环控制策略,可获得宽大范围的恒功率特性。逆变电路以ATtiny13 V为控制核心,提供低频逆变、高压谐振点火、开路和短路保护等功能。

Research of Constant Power Electronic Ballast for HID Lamp Based on Digital and Analog Hybrid Control
Abstract:According to the characteristic of high intensity discharge (HID) Iamp,a high performance HID constant power electronic ballast based on digital and analog hybrid control is developed, the circurt structure,theory and control method are analyzed.The electronic ballast adopts the "PFC+Buck+Inverter" conventional three stage structure,which has the char-acteristics of wide input voltage,strong ability fresisting the load fluctuation,high reliability and long life.The PFC part adopts the critical continious current control mode to realize unit power factor and constant output voltage.The Buck circuit adopts double closed-loop control policy of average current external ring,and peak current internal ring,could obtain extensiveness constant power characteristic,inverter circuit uses ATiny13 V as control core,and supplies low frequency inversion, high voltage resonance point igniting, open circuit and short-circuit protections, etc.
