基于蚂蚁算法的混合离散变量机械优化设计方法

摘    要:引入蚁群更新、沿途搜索等策略对蚂蚁算法进行了改进。为了求解混合离散变量优化设计问题,在搜索过程中对设计变量进行工程化处理,蚂蚁按处理后的变量进行离散搜索。采用MATLAB语言设计了蚂蚁算法程序,通过典型优化设计问题进行了验证,并给出了混合离散变量机械优化设计实例。实例表明,改进后的蚂蚁算法全局收敛能力强,程序运行可靠。

Abstract:The basic ant colony optimization algorithm was improved by introducing rebirth of ant colony and searching on the way. In order to solve optimization problem with mixed-discrete variables, design variables were located at discrete point for satisfying engineering requirement. A program of improved ant colony algorithm was designed with the language of MATLAB, and its reliability was validated with typical optimization problems. An example of mechanical mixed-discrete optimization design was given. The improved ant colony algorithm has good convergence and good robustness.
